Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched with attention to detail.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

This allows time for quality checks, packaging, and dispatch preparation.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but typically:

  • New Zealand: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–12 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

You will receive your tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to couriers or customs.

Licorice Locker is not responsible for delays once the item has been dispatched.

Returns

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
